Hot bending glass is processed using a hot bending furnace. Currently, most glass processing manufacturers use electric heating hot bending furnaces, which are easy to control, operate, and do not pollute the glass. The quality and consistency of the products are high, and most of them have adopted computer integrated control. By setting various parameters of the computer, programmed control of the hot bending process is achieved. A hot bending furnace can only process one piece of glass at a time.

2. It has a strength several times higher than ordinary glass and is resistant to bending

The rapid cooling and heating resistance of tempered glass is 2-3 times higher than that of ordinary glass, and it can generally withstand temperature differences of more than 150LC, which has a significant effect on preventing thermal cracking.
